At Spider_Light, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Free of scratches, damage, or signs of wear
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all included parts and accessories

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order once it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Returns for Change of Mind
If you simply decide you no longer want the item, you may still request a return within 30 days as long as:
- The item is unused
- It is in its original packaging
- It shows no damage or wear
In these cases:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that:
- Have been used or damaged
- Are missing original packaging
- Show signs of wear not caused during shipping
We also do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different model or design, please:
- Request a return for the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the desired item
European Union Orders
Customers located in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Items must remain unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Some exceptions may apply depending on local regulations.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund.
